SECURITY DEPOSIT: Will be collected, or credit card authorization made, at the time of departure. The normal security deposit is $500.00 and will be returned with 7-10 business days less any applicable charges.  All security deposits must be with a valid credit card.

THEFT OF VEHICLE: Please report any theft of the vehicle or its equipment immediately to the appropriate public law enforcement agency and to the Company.

ILLEGAL & IMPROPER USE: Renter agrees that the vehicle will not be used in violation of any law, statute or ordinance and further agrees to hold Company harmless from all fines, forfeitures and penalties levied for violation of any traffic laws, or other rules or regulation of any duly constituted public authority

RENTERS PROPERTY: Company shall at no time be responsible for loss, damage to or destruction of any property carried on said vehicle and the Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless Company from any claim with respect to such property.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY: Renter is responsible for all damage to the Vehicle and the loss of rental income of the vehicle while it is being repaired.  Renter is also responsible for loss due to theft of the vehicle and all damage due to vandalism that occurs in connection with a theft, if renter fails to exercise ordinary care while in possession of the Vehicle.

MECHANICAL FAILURES: In the event of mechanical failure, Company as its sole option, agrees to repair, to have repaired, or, make every reasonable effort to replace said vehicle. In the event of mechanical failure and/or breakdown of vehicle described here, the Renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless of all loss of time, transportation costs, and/or and all other expenses resulting from said contingency. In the event of any mechanical failure and/or breakdown and/or malfunction of said vehicle any operation of said vehicle thereafter by the Renter and prior to repair or replacement of said vehicle shall be at the sole risk of Renter.

REPAIRS: Renter agrees to neither cause nor permit any repairs or adjustments to be made to the vehicle in excess of $50.00 without the express permission of Company.  Please contact the rental office immediately for repair authorization.  All repairs must be accompanied by a receipt for reimbursement.

CLEANING: Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented or be subject to cleaning charges.  Renter may choose to pre-pay for cleaning and/or waste evacuation.

AGE: The person named on the Reservation Application must be 25 years of age; additional drivers must also be named on the agreement and be at least 25 years of age.  All renters must present a valid driver’s license.

SUBSTITUTION: Company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value, or refund your $250 down payment, due to unavailability of the original vehicle.

EARLY RETURNS: NO REFUND will be issued if you return the motor home prior to your scheduled return date.

PROHIBITTED TRAVEL: Travel to Mexico, on beaches and/or logging roads, the Apache Trail in Arizona, and any area where telecommunications is not available is strictly prohibited at all times. Travel to Death Valley is prohibited from May 1 thru October 31;

SMOKING: Smoking is NEVER allowed in our rental motor homes.

PARKING AT OUR FACILITY: On lot, overnight parking is not available.

PICKUP TIMES: Generally, all vehicles will be available for pick up only after 1:00 PM and any departure available by 4:00 PM is considered on time.

RETURN TIMES: VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED PRIOR TO 11:00 AM. If the vehicle is returned after 11:00am late charges will be assessed: if returned the same day as the scheduled return, ½ of the regular daily rate will apply.  Late returns more than one day will be assessed at the full regular daily rate (may be higher than the rate being charged to the customer).
All departures and returns are at our company operated locations ONLY;

FUEL: Motor home is to be delivered with a full tank of gasoline unless specific arrangements have been made otherwise; renter will be charged for fuel needed to return gas level to full.  Fuel will be charged at $5.50 per gallon or other amount specified on contract.

GENERATOR USE: Generator usage is billed at $3.00 per hour.
